Clear card

https://api.sciener.com/v3/identityCard/clear

This API will clear the cards of a lock from the cloud server, you should clear the card from lock by APP SDK before you request this API.

Alert：clearing cards by gateway is not support, you have to do it via APP SDK nearby the lock.
